How can I pay for a purchase with Baby Toytown?
You may pay using credit card for online purchases.. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. You may also send a check if ordering via phone or fax. Once the check is received and clears items are shipped.
Do I have to pay sales tax? California State law requires us to collect taxes only on orders shipped within California. You will be charges your normal sales tax, based on County, as if shopping in a
retail store. We do not collect sales tax on orders shipped to residents outside of California.
When is my credit card charged? To secure your order we charge 25% of your grand total within 2 days of receiving your order. Once your items are shipped we charge the remaining 75% of your total to your
credit card.
Example on a $250 order placed on July 1st:
- July 3rd - Credit card charged $62.50 to secure order.
- July 13th - Items shipped credit card charged $187.50.
Can I cancel an order after it has been submitted?
Orders can be canceled, but you must contact us immediately at (626) 288-6220 or e-mail us customerservice@babytoytown.com so that we can note your paperwork. If an order is already shipped, you may refuse the item from UPS or you may return it within 30 days of receipt. For more info, please read our return policy.
